June 22 : A Green Event Collaboration by the Philippines and Australia

On June 22, 2011 at the Peninsula Hotel in Makati City, PHILGBC in collaboration with the Austrade Manila have organized a day of green programs bringing together industry experts for knowledge and expertise exchange on sustainability and green buildings. 

The event dubbed as Towards a New Green Environment is a 2-part program consisting of a Green Talk by Professor Philip Cox, AO and a General Membership Meeting by various stakeholders of the building and construction industry focusing on green programs, campaigns, sharing of expertise and discussion on the latest developments in the green building industry in the country.  Professor Cox is a world renowned Australian Architect awarded with honors as an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) for his contribution in the field of architecture.

Being part of the event will be a great opportunity to learn from industry experts and network with business leaders in the industry.
